Small businesses rarely lose time on the difficult work. They lose it on the same twenty tasks repeating every week: retyping information between systems, answering identical questions, chasing documents, and remembering to follow up.
Hiring is the usual answer. Automation is often the cheaper one - as long as it is built around how your business actually runs rather than how software vendors imagine it does.
The same tasks, done manually, every single week - with no version that gets faster over time.
Enquiries that wait until tomorrow morning have usually already been answered by somebody else.
Details live in inboxes, phones and one colleague's memory instead of somewhere findable.
The answer a customer gets depends on who happens to be free when they ask.
Answer common questions instantly, route the rest to the right person, and stop losing messages between inbox, chat and social.

We agree what should be automated, what should stay human, and what data needs cleaning before anything is built.
We connect what you already pay for and add AI only where it genuinely helps, then test against real cases.
It runs alongside the manual process until the results agree, then we review monthly as your business changes.
Most automation projects fail for unglamorous reasons: messy data, unclear rules, and systems that fail silently. We design around those problems rather than pretending they do not exist.
We automate around your existing mail, storage, scheduling and accounting tools instead of replacing them.
Uncertain cases go to a short human review queue. Validation catches impossible values before they reach your accounts.
Everything is documented and handed over. You can take it in-house at any point - no lock-in by obscurity.
If your volumes are too low to justify the work, we will tell you that instead of selling you a project.
The underlying tools are similar everywhere. What differs is which process hurts most, which questions repeat, and where a mistake is expensive. We start from that.
Enquiries arrive while you are on a job and go cold by evening. We automate instant acknowledgement, quote follow-up, appointment reminders and the after-job review request.
Industry detailConsultants, agencies and advisors lose hours to intake, scheduling and document chasing. We automate onboarding, missing-document reminders and status updates.
Industry detailOrder questions, stock queries and delivery chasing dominate the inbox. We answer the repetitive ones automatically and route the exceptions to a person.
Industry detailScheduling, reminders and routine admin questions eat reception time. We automate the administrative layer and keep anything clinical firmly with your staff.
Industry detailBooking questions arrive at every hour across several channels. We answer the predictable ones instantly and pass real booking changes to your team.
Industry detailOrders and delivery notes arrive as PDFs and photographs. We extract, validate and file them, and keep customers updated without manual checking.
Industry detailWebsite enquiries were checked twice a day. Evening and weekend enquiries waited until the next working morning, and a second follow-up happened only when someone remembered.
Every enquiry now receives a specific reply within a minute, is summarised and assigned to an owner with a deadline, and enters a short follow-up sequence that stops the moment the person replies.
Two staff members answered the same routine questions about availability, delivery and process across email and chat, between their actual work.
An assistant answers the approved question set instantly on both channels, drafts replies for the rest, and escalates anything sensitive with the full history attached.
Invoices arrived as email attachments. Someone opened each one, typed several fields into a spreadsheet, renamed the file and moved it to a folder.
Attachments are detected on arrival, fields extracted and validated, the spreadsheet updated, and the file named and stored to a fixed convention. Only failed validations reach a person.
If your question is not here, the FAQ page covers more - or you can simply ask us directly.
Almost never. Our default approach is to automate around your existing mail, storage, scheduling and accounting tools. A full technology rebuild is expensive, disruptive and usually unnecessary - most small businesses already own more capability than they use. If we do think a change is genuinely worth it, we explain why and leave the decision with you.
We do not publish price lists, because a fair price depends on your tools, your volumes, the state of your data and how much of the process is genuinely rule-based. After a short conversation and an audit we send a written scope and an individual quote. If the work does not look like it would pay for itself, we will say so.
A focused first automation is usually a matter of weeks rather than months. Most of that time goes on understanding the current process and cleaning the data behind it - the build itself is normally the shortest part. We deliberately start narrow so you see a working result early.
We work with the minimum access required, agree in writing what is processed and where it is stored, and exclude sensitive systems from scope where you prefer. Access is granted per system rather than wholesale, and we hand over credentials and documentation so you are never locked out of your own automation.
Every automation we build is designed to fail visibly rather than silently. Uncertain cases go to a short human review queue, validation rules catch impossible values, and sensitive categories are excluded from automatic handling entirely. New automations run in parallel with the manual process until the results agree.
Send us a short description of how the work is handled today. We will map it, show you what can be automated safely, and tell you what it would take to run it.
Thank you! We have successfully received your request. Our team will review your information and get back to you shortly.
