About Us

We are a small team that automates the repetitive parts of small businesses - carefully, on the tools you already have, and with clear boundaries about what should stay human.

Who we are

A studio, not a software vendor

We started because the same pattern kept appearing: capable small businesses, drowning in manual work, being sold enterprise platforms they did not need and could not maintain. The tools were rarely the problem. The processes around them were.

So we do the unglamorous part. We sit with how your business actually runs, write it down, clean the data underneath it, and automate the steps that genuinely should not need a person. Where a task needs judgement, we leave it alone and say so.

We work with owner-run businesses and teams under about fifty people. That focus is deliberate - the constraints are different at that size, and so is the honest answer about what is worth automating.

How we think

Five principles we do not bend on

Work with what you have

A technology rebuild is expensive and disruptive. Most small businesses already own more capability than they use, so we start there.

Boundaries first

The list of what must stay human is written before the build starts, not discovered after a customer complains.

Fail loudly

A silent wrong answer costs more than no answer. Everything we build flags uncertainty instead of guessing confidently.

No lock-in

Documentation, credentials and access are yours. If you want to take it in-house or leave, nothing stops you.

Measure honestly

We record the baseline first and report the real numbers afterwards - including when an automation was not worth keeping.

Say no when it fits

If the volumes are too low or the process too irregular to justify the work, we tell you rather than selling a project.

How we work

What an engagement looks like

Short, specific and reversible. We would rather deliver one working automation in a few weeks than a roadmap you never finish.

Pricing is individual, by request

We do not publish fixed price lists. Every automation is scoped around your tools, your volumes and your team size, so each quote is prepared individually after we understand the process.

A typical first project

  • One process, chosen for frequency and clear rules
  • A written map of how it runs today, agreed with you
  • Data clean-up, which is usually the longest part
  • A build tested on your real historical cases
  • A parallel run until the results match
  • Handover, documentation and a monthly review

What we need from you

  • An honest description of how the work really happens
  • Access to the relevant tools, scoped as narrowly as you like
  • One person who can approve content and decisions
  • Willingness to fix messy data rather than automate around it
