Who we are

This website is operated by FELICISSMUS HUMERO s.r.o., registration number C 146251, registered at Atriová 147/22, Ivanovice, 621 00 Brno, Czech Republic. For any question about this policy or about how your data is handled, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

We collect only what we need in order to reply to you and to deliver work you have asked for.

  • Information you enter into a form on this site: your name, e-mail address, company and industry, the topic you selected, and the message you wrote.
  • Basic technical information recorded when a form is submitted, including the IP address the submission came from, the page it was sent from and the time of submission. This is used to prevent abuse.
  • Any information you later send us by e-mail during a conversation or project.

We do not ask for payment card details, government identification numbers or sensitive personal data through this website, and you should not send them to us through the contact form.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a written scope or quote for you.
  • To carry out work you have engaged us to do, and to communicate with you about it.
  • To keep a record of enquiries and agreements for our own administrative and legal purposes.
  • To protect the website against automated abuse and spam submissions.

The lawful basis for processing enquiry data is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, once we are working together, the performance of a contract with you.

Data handled during automation projects

Automation work may require access to systems that contain personal data belonging to you, your staff or your customers. Where that is the case, the arrangement is agreed separately and in writing before any access is granted. Our standing practice is as follows.

  • Access is requested per system, scoped as narrowly as the work allows, rather than granted wholesale.
  • What is processed, where it is stored and who can access it is written down and agreed before work begins.
  • Mailboxes, folders or record types you consider too sensitive are excluded from scope entirely.
  • Access is revoked at the end of the engagement, and credentials and documentation are handed to you.

In that context we act as a processor on your instructions, and you remain the controller of your own customer and staff data.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We share it only with service providers who make this website and our correspondence work, such as our hosting provider and the e-mail delivery service that transmits form submissions to our inbox. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by their own contractual obligations. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for a limited period so that we can recall previous correspondence, and are then deleted. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as we need them for contractual, accounting and legal purposes. Log entries created for abuse prevention are kept for a short period only.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections to this website, access controls on the accounts we use, and the principle of collecting and retaining as little as possible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Where a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.

Start with one process that is costing you the most time

Send us a short description of how the work is handled today. We will map it, show you what can be automated safely, and tell you what it would take to run it.
