We map how one of your processes actually runs, mark what can be automated safely, and send you a written report with a prioritised recommendation and an individual quote.
Most automation money is wasted on the wrong first project. The audit exists to prevent that. It is a short, focused piece of work that ends in a document you can act on - with us, with someone else, or on your own.
We look at one process in depth rather than everything superficially. If the honest conclusion is that automating it would not pay for itself, the report says so.
We go deep on the process that costs you the most, rather than producing a shallow survey of everything.
The output is written and yours. It stays useful even if you decide not to work with us.
Describe the process that takes the most time each week and the tools your team already uses. We will come back with next steps and an individual quote.

A written map of how the chosen process runs today, including the exceptions and workarounds nobody documented.
Each step marked automatable, partly automatable or human, with the reason stated rather than assumed.
What your current tools can already do, what is missing, and whether anything new is genuinely needed.
Where automation would be unwise, what must stay under human control, and what data questions need answering first.
A short, ordered list of what to do first, second and later, based on effort against benefit.
A written quote for the recommended work, scoped to your situation. No package tiers, no public price list.
Twenty minutes on what your business does, which processes hurt most, and which tools you already pay for. No preparation needed.
We write down how the work actually happens today, step by step, including the parts that live in someone's head.
Each step is marked as automatable, partly automatable or firmly human, with the reasoning made explicit.
A prioritised list of opportunities, the effort behind each one, what we recommend doing first, and an individual quote.
We do not publish fixed price lists. Every automation is scoped around your tools, your volumes and your team size, so each quote is prepared individually after we understand the process.
The full FAQ covers pricing, data handling, timelines and what happens after an automation goes live.
Almost never. Our default approach is to automate around your existing mail, storage, scheduling and accounting tools. A full technology rebuild is expensive, disruptive and usually unnecessary - most small businesses already own more capability than they use. If we do think a change is genuinely worth it, we explain why and leave the decision with you.
We do not publish price lists, because a fair price depends on your tools, your volumes, the state of your data and how much of the process is genuinely rule-based. After a short conversation and an audit we send a written scope and an individual quote. If the work does not look like it would pay for itself, we will say so.
A focused first automation is usually a matter of weeks rather than months. Most of that time goes on understanding the current process and cleaning the data behind it - the build itself is normally the shortest part. We deliberately start narrow so you see a working result early.
We work with the minimum access required, agree in writing what is processed and where it is stored, and exclude sensitive systems from scope where you prefer. Access is granted per system rather than wholesale, and we hand over credentials and documentation so you are never locked out of your own automation.
